Even minute: Max. reps. Hang Squat Clean, 95/65#

Odd minute: Jump Rope (Singles), 30 secs., rest 30 secs.

Find max. rep. hang squat clean in first min. then try to stick to close to it (90%) for remainder of WOD e.g. 20 reps. round 1 - 18 reps. remainder.
