Conditioning

5 rounds for time:
8 Toes-to-bars
8 Thrusters, 95/65#
14 Front Rack Lunges, 95/65#

Scale weight as need so you can use one bar for Thrusters and Lunges.  Lunges should be done in place from the front rack position.  Do them from the back rack position if you cannot do them from the standard front rack position.
