50 Double Kettlebell Push Press, 45/25#
50 Kettlebell Sit-ups
50 Double Kettlebell Thrusters, 45/25#
50 Push-ups
50 Double Kettlebell Front Rack Lunges, 45/25#
50 Air Squats

Split shuttle run into 10m intervals.  Split remaining reps. as desired.  One partner works, one partner rests.
