Kettlebell Alternating Lunges x 8 reps each leg
Rest 90 seconds
Turkish Get-Ups x 2 reps each arm
Rest 90 seconds
Side Planks x 45 seconds each side
Rest 90 seconds

Conditioning

AMRAP 5
5 Burpees
10 Kettlebell Plank Rows (5 per arm)
10 Kettlebell Thrusters

Rest two minutes and then repeat.
