200 m Farmers Carry 55/35# pair

150 Air Squats

200m Waiter Carry 55/35#

200 Mountain Climbers

200m Medicine Ball Run 20/14#

Each partner must complete the Med Ball Throw & chase, Farmer Carry and Waiter Carry.

SDHP, GTOH, Air Squats & Mountain Climbers can be split between partners as desired with one partner working at a time.
