Warmup/Mobility

Strength

Back Squat

Group 1

5 x 5

Start at 75% of 5 rep. max. (if known).  Keep the same weight for all 5 sets.  Plan to add 5 - 10# the next time we back squat.

Group 2

4 x 8

Start at 70% of 1RM. Keep weight the same for all 4 sets.  Plan to add 10 - 20# the next time we back squat. 

Conditioning

EMOM 8 alternating between
Min. 1 - Plank Hold, 45 seconds
Min. 2 - 20 Kettlebell Lunges
