Warmup/Mobility

Strength:

Front Squat

1 x 3 @ 70% of 1 rep. max

1 x 3 @ 80%

max. reps. @ 90%

Use 85% of back squat 1 rep. max if you do not know/have a front squat 1 rep. max.  Then use % above for each set.

MetCon:

AMRAP 10

Wall Ball ladder of 5-10-15-20-30... as high as possible in 10 minutes.

5 Hang Power Cleans @ 135/95# between every set of wall balls.
