Partner WOD

For time:
400m Run
100 Pull-ups (Ring Rows)
400m Run
100 Push-ups
400m Run
100 Sit-ups
400m Run
100 Air Squats
400m Run

One partner works at a time.  Reps. can be split as desired.  Partners must START each run together but can begin movements whenever the first one completes the run.  Time = whenever the last partner finishes the run.
