8 Kettlebell Lunges
9 Kettlebell Swings
10 Kettlebell Push Press
11 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
12 Kettlebell Thrusters

Performed like the 12 Days of Christmas.  Each of the 12 rounds adds an exercise (all prior exercises must be repeated each round). Start at 1 and work your way to 12.
