See 4/22/15 for previous results.  Start from hang position. Level load all sets at 5# more than 4/22/15 or 80% of 1RM (see 4/10). If you do not know 1RM start with bar & increase to a moderately challenging load.

EMOM 7 after 7:00 men add 10#, Ladies add 5# and complete 1 rep OTM till failure
Min 1: 7 Power Cleans 95/65
Min 2: 6 Power Cleans 105/75
Min 3: 5 Power Cleans 115/85
Min 4: 4 Power Cleans 135/95
Min 5: 3 Power Cleans 155/105
Min 6: 2 Power Cleans 175/115
Min 7: 1 Power Clean 185/125

If you are able to complete as prescribed then after minute 7 men add 10#, ladies add 5# and complete 1 rep. OTM until failure.
