Compare to last week (2/17). Try to go slightly heavier if you can but do NOT sacrifice movement quality.
The sets of 3 do not have to be touch and go. You can reset after every rep. but keep your time between reps. to no more than 5 seconds.
50-40-30-20-10 reps, for time:
