Warmup/Mobility Conditioning "Macho Man" 3 Power Cleans 135/95# 3 Front Squats 3 Jerks EMOM for as long as possible. If < 12 rounds then becomes AMRAP 15. See 1/9/13 for prior results. If > 15 rounds last time the increase weight. Score = EMOM total rounds + AMRAP rounds
