1. Experience the rush of "competition"
What better place to step outside your comfort zone than at CrossFit MTZ? You've been doing it daily already so why not see what more you can do.
2. Get to you know your fellow BRAVE athletes better.
We all know this is more than just a gym. We get to know each other. We make friends. We cheer for each other by name. Get to know the 5:30 a.m. early risers (Freaks:)) and the night owls. SNL is one big party, full of all the people with whom you share at least one key interest.
3. Break through mental and physical barriers.
Can't do double unders, unassisted pull-ups, toes-to-bar? Get ready to AMAZE yourself! The BRAVE Games has a way of showing us what we are truly capable of.
4. You're signing up for 5 weeks of challenging yourself AND having a blast!
More than just WODs. SNL features teams, themes, entertainment (??) and friendly rivalry. There's never a dull moment.
5. See your coaches walk the walk.
Think you've got what it takes to beat the coaches? Maybe you just want to return some of that "encouragement" they barked at you in the middle of Fran.
6. Because you are GOOD ENOUGH.
The BRAVE Games really are for EVERYONE.
7. It will INSPIRE you and quite possibly others.
I guarantee if you show up and give 100% effort, people will notice. You might even find yourself with your own cheering section. SNL is proof we want you to succeed and success is measured on a scale completely unique to each of us.
8. This is a journey and we are on it together.
You work out with each other daily. You've been through PRs and setbacks. Regardless of how long you've been with us or your (perceived) ability please believe me when I say "Sunday Night Lights is for YOU!"
