CrossFit MTZ is a CONTRACT FREE FACILITY!  All memberships are month to month only.  Members have several membership options:

Getting Started

Scheduling your No Sweat Intro. will give you the opportunity to meet our leadership team, see our facility and help us learn more about your fitness goals.  During the No Sweat Intro. we will work together to map out your success strategy.  We promise we won't make you sweat during our first meeting.

We pride ourselves in giving our new members the time and attention needed for long-term success. Our Foundations program provides the tools to help you reach your fitness goals.  Foundations is completed through a minimum of five (5) individual sessions.  Upon completing Foundations you will be prepared to transition into our group classes. 

Your investment options for Foundations is $250.00 for 5 individual sessions plus the remainder of the month in any of our regular group classes;

Group Classes

1) Individual (Unlimited) - $105 per month

2) Individual (12x/month) - $89 per month

3) Individual (8x/month) - $79 per month 

3) Family - $89 per month per person

3) Pre-Pay Options

6 months prepaid in full, one month FREE.  e.g. Pre-pay January - June, July is free

12 months prepaid in full, 2 months FREE.  e.g. Pre-pay January - December, January & February of the next year are free.

Payment & Cancellation

1) Recurring monthly payment by pre-authorized automatic withdrawal. Monthly dues will be automatically deducted from the member's payment account no earlier than the first working day of each month. The first month shall be prorated if the member's start date is not on the 1st of each month.  All monthly memberships are subject to a 30 day cancellation notice.  Notice of cancellation must be emailed to and our required cancellation form must completed to enact the cancellation.
