Warmup/Mobility WOD 12 WODs of Christmas For time: 12 Jumping Squats, 75/55 11 Weighted Lunges, 75/55 10 Double Unders 9 Box Jumps 8 Knees To Elbows 7 Pull-ups 6 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls, 75/55 5 Deadlifts, 75/55 4 Power Cleans, 75/55 3 Push Press, 75/55 2 Thrusters, 75/55 1 Burpee In the style of the song, each of the 12 rounds adds an exercise (all prior exercises must be repeated each round). Start at 1 and work your way to 12.
