Performed like Fight Gone Bad.  In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not stop between exercises. 3 x five-minute rounds with one-minute rest between rounds.  Score = total reps. of all three rounds.

1. Kettlebell Swings 55/35#
2. Ring Dips/Box Dips
3. Box Jumps 24/20"
4. Wall Balls
5. Sit-ups (Butterfly)
