The first step to getting started at CrossFit MTZ is to email us to schedule your FREE, "No Sweat Intro.  Our “No-Sweat Intro” is simply a 20 minute consultation where we’ll have a conversation about your goals. We’ll talk about what you want to achieve, what kind of challenges you’ve encountered in the past, and what we can do to help.  This also allows you the opportunity to meet us and find out firsthand who we are.  No pressure. No commitment. If at the end of the "No-Sweat Intro" you decide you’d like to join, we’ll help you achieve your goals!

FOUNDATIONS

If, after your "No Sweat Intro.", you decide that CrossFit MTZ is for you, the next step is to enroll in our Foundations course.  The majority of new clients that join CrossFit MTZ haven’t had any experience with CrossFit so we ask all new members to start with our Foundations program. Our Foundations course is completed through five (5) one hour sessions.  Foundations sessions can be completed one-on-one or two-on-one and are privately scheduled.  In Foundations you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the group workouts.  Foundations will introduce you to the CrossFit methodology, the core CrossFit movements, the intensity of the workouts as well as how to comfortable and confidently navigate our group classes.  Foundations is a learning experience and you can’t “fail" it.  Once you've completed Foundations you’ll be ready to jump into any of our daily group classes with the complete confidence and knowledge and you need to excel!
