Warmup/Mobility

Conditioning

Class Divides into 2 Teams

3 Rounds:
Station 1 – 400m Team Sled Push 90#
Station 2 – Max Calories Row

The two teams start on opposing stations. When the sled returns, stations switch.  Teams can split sled push and row as desired but each team member must participate to some degree in each station in each round.
Score is Max Calories Rowed over the three rounds.
