Partner WOD

For Time:

60 Power Cleans, 95/65# (Barbell hang hold)
60 Air Squats (Squat Sit)
60 Sit-ups (Plank Hold)
60 Thrusters, 95/65# (Barbell overhead hold)
60 Burpees (Wall Sit)

All reps. of each movement must be completed before moving to next movement.  Partners split reps. as desired with only one partner working at a time.  While one partner is working the other partner must be in the corresponding static hold and work must stop when partner is not in static hold.
